1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, accessing, or otherwise using BettrDo's mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use or access BettrDo.

2. The BettrDo Service

BettrDo is a productivity platform providing tools for task management, calendar integration, reminders, and cross-user list sharing. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability of specific features, databases, or content without prior notice or liability.

3. Your Account and Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration data.
  • Account Security: You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. BettrDo cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
  • Authorized Use: You are responsible for all data, text, information, and tasks uploaded under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree you will not use BettrDo to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Upload, post, transmit, or share malicious code, viruses, or disabling software.
  • Engage in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward other users, especially via shared collaborative lists.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, crawl, index, or scrape any data or functionality comprising the Service.

5. Content Ownership

You own your content. BettrDo claims no copyright or ownership over the task descriptions, calendar events, list structures, or notes you generate while using the Service.

By utilizing the Service, you grant BettrDo a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license to host, store, process, and display your data purely for the operational necessity of providing you the Service (e.g., syncing across your mobile and desktop devices).

6. Shared Lists & Collaboration

BettrDo features collaboration tools allowing you to share lists and assign tasks to other authenticated users. When you invite someone to collaborate on a list, you give them explicit permission to view, edit, and modify the contents of that specific list. BettrDo is not responsible for the actions (including accidental or intentional deletion of tasks) taken by collaborators you voluntarily invite.

7. Intellectual Property

All right, title, and interest in and to the Service—including source code, design elements, graphics, logos, and features—are and will remain the exclusive intellectual property of BettrDo and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of our intellectual property without express written consent.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties that the service will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, entirely secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BettrDo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, or goodwill—resulting from your access to or inability to access the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. You may terminate these Terms at any time by securely deleting your account from the BettrDo app settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
